This client was looking for a commercial piece of property with large garage space for his business. I was able to go outside of the box and find this piece of land that included the building materials for a large steel building. It was a perfect match. Even with some hold-ups on the seller's side, my buyer trusted in me to guide him through the process and we successfully closed on this deal.
